Electrical Project Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with a strong background in electrical design and project delivery.  This is an innovative role requiring pioneering thinking, inventive design, problem resolution so to bring projects from concept through to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and review electrical designs, drawings, and technical documentation

• Use engineering software packages, preferably SolidWorks, to support project design and development

• Coordinate with teams, clients, and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery

• Ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations

• Assist with project planning, scheduling and progress reporting

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3rd level degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Electrical Engineer

• Proven experience contributing to or managing projects through to completion

• Experience using engineering software, ideally SolidWorks

• Strong technical, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)

• Experience leading or coordinating engineering projects

• Exposure to client-facing roles or cross-functional collaboration
